Faculty Leaves
Faculty members are eligible for a variety of leave options - sabbatical, unpaid leave, short/long term disability, Family Medical Leave, etc. Any sabbatical or unpaid leave requests must be submitted to the Department Chair (through the faculty affairs group - contact Scott Walters for more informations), using the Faculty Leave of Absence Form and the Financial Impact of Leave Form.
