Property Record Keeping
Property Record Keeping: Division Administrators in partnership with the Department Property Administrator (DPA) are responsible for organizing, maintaining and storing records related to capital assets and sponsor-owned property in their divisions. Financial and property records, supporting data, statistical records and other documentation related to an agreement (grants, contracts, clinical trials, subcontractors, etc.) must be retained for a period of three years after submission of the final payment or after disposition of the property, whichever is later.
